Upon entry into The kingdom of Lesotho, applicants are required to report to the Ministry of Home Affairs where they will receive manual visa stamp free of charge from the immigration directorate.

Applicants will have to surrender their Lesotho identity document, passport and all other documents excluding birth certificate.

The Embassy assists in liaising with the host country for arrangements, but the repatriations costs are born by the family of the deceased. Death certificate will be needed for this process.

All Lesotho Documents are certified at the Embassy.

Apostille of Documents is done in Lesotho; however, the Embassy assists with the application. Applicants should bring along the original document for which they seek an apostille.

Driver’s license application is done in Lesotho.
